As a resident of Portugal, you can legally play on our .PT software while traveling abroad without restrictions, as long as that is allowed in the country you’re visiting.

Playing in Portugal

In line with the legislation set by the Portuguese government, while physically in Portugal, you can legally play on our .PT platform, which is fully licensed by Serviço de Regulação Inspeção de Jogos (SRIJ).

.PT, .ES and .FR players play in the same pool and share most of our poker tables. However, any local regulations or restrictions specific to each license (mandatory responsible gaming limits, types of games available, buy-ins limitations, etc.) remain in place.

To play for real money from Portugal, you need to have a Portuguese Fiscal ID number/NIF ('Nº de Identificação Fiscal').

More info you should know:

• Your .PT account won’t be accessible while you’re in Spain or France, because of regulations set by the three countries.
• In the US or US territories, unless you are located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan, you won’t be able to play real money games.
• Players can't access and play .PT from Poland.
• In countries with local online gaming regulations, you must follow the requirements of that region (e.g. verification process, account validation, etc).
