Play Money chips top-up option

You can top up your Play Money balance with 15,000 chips every four hours, through the Cashier, using the 'Free Chips' option in our mobile app, or while playing.

Top up through the Cashier

Depending on your Cashier set-up, follow the instructions below.

If the Play Money tab is available in your Cashier:

1. Open the Cashier on our desktop software or mobile app.
2. Select 'Play Money' (if you're on the mobile app, scroll to the right to see this tab).
3. Hit 'Collect'.

If the Play Money tab is not available, you can also top up through the Cashier, but make sure to switch to the Play Money lobby first. Follow the instructions below depending on the platform you're using:

1. Switch to the Play Money lobby.
   • Desktop: From the radio buttons 'Real Money' and 'Play Money' underneath your balance display, select 'Play Money'.
   • Mobile: Open 'Account' and toggle the switch option to 'Play Money'.
2. Open the Cashier and hit 'Collect' on the first screen.

If you're on our web app (where available), you won't be able to access the top-up feature in the Cashier if there is no Play Money tab. Instead, switch to our desktop software or mobile app, and follow the instructions above.

Top up using 'Free Chips'

If you're on our mobile app, you can use the 'Free Chips' option by going to:

• 'Account' → Toggle the switch option to 'Play Money' → Tap on 'Free Chips'

Top up at registration or while playing

Free chips are available through the buy-in dialogue pop-up when you buy-in or register for our games. They're also available as part of a stack refill request.

If you want to replenish your stack at the table, click on 'Add Chips' in the top right of the table on our desktop software. Or, on our mobile app, open the table menu and select 'Buy-in' to refill your chips.

Free chips won't be offered through the buy-in dialogue if you have enough chips to cover the buy-in or re-stack request.

The maximum table buy-in always applies. You won't be able to exceed this amount.
