What is a release bonus?

At one stage or another, you might come across 'release bonuses'. These bonuses need a certain amount of redemption points before we credit the funds to your account. If you earn the necessary points before the bonus expires, you'll receive the winnings straight away.

You earn redemption points by playing eligible real money games. The number of redemption points you need to release the bonus will vary depending on the offer in question.

What are pending bonuses?

Pending bonuses are any bonuses that haven't been claimed or credited yet because you still need to earn redemption points to release them.

Anytime you have more than one pending bonus, the redemption points will count towards them in this order:

1. Towards the bonus with the most redemption points earned towards completion.
2. Towards the bonus that is closest to expiring.
3. Towards the oldest uncleared bonus.

What is a deposit bonus?

With certain qualifying real money deposits, you'll be eligible for a deposit bonus. To claim a deposit bonus, you'll need to make a real money deposit. You can find the available deposit options by visiting the Cashier at any time.

If you want to check the status of any pending bonus you might have, follow the steps below:

Can withdrawals affect my bonuses?

A withdrawal can only affect your ability to receive a bonus that you haven't claimed yet. It won't have any impact on bonuses that you've already claimed or are pending on your account. When you request a withdrawal, you'll see a message that shows all offers that you'll become ineligible for if you proceed with your request.

You must wager any bonus funds before withdrawing them as part of regulatory requirements.
