What to do when you arrive at the venue

Look for the Registrations area where you can collect your tournament ticket. 

If you qualified or bought in for this event through our platforms, ask for the ticket collection area from our Event team. They'll be onsite to help you. 

You'll need your passport or other valid government issue photo ID. Most venues also need to see a valid ID to let you in.

What happens to the stack if you arrive late to an event?

You'll receive a full stack if you arrive by the end of late registration. You can find information about registrations on the event schedule on our website.

If you arrive after that time, you'll be blinded off as if sitting out. You can play with the stack remaining at the time of your arrival.

It will be down to the Tournament Director to make any changes.

We want as many of you as possible to watch all the action for free. To be a spectator, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a valid photo ID.

We may have to limit audience numbers in case we face issues like overcrowding.
