Using MuchBetter to deposit and withdraw

MuchBetter is an e-wallet that lets you link your payment card, among other payment methods, to your mobile phone number. So you can make deposits in real-time and start playing straight away. You can request withdrawals to your MuchBetter e-wallet, too.

How do I deposit with MuchBetter?

  3. Choose your preferred currency.
  4. Pick one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the field.
  5. Add a bonus code, if you have one. Then, press the green button to continue.
  6. Type your mobile number. Your country code will be pre-populated.
  7. Review all details and confirm your deposit request.
  8. Finally, complete the transaction in your MuchBetter mobile app.

We'll credit the funds to your account as soon as MuchBetter confirms that the deposit was successful.

How do I withdraw with MuchBetter?

To request a withdrawal with MuchBetter, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account. If you're using our website or mobile app:

  2. Go to the 'Cashier' and hit 'Withdraw'.
  3. Type the amount that you want to withdraw.
  4. If you have any pending automatic withdrawals, you'll be informed of:
    • The amount.
    • The method and account that it will be sent to.
    • Any remaining amount after the automatic withdrawal.
  5. If you don't have any pending automatic withdrawals, simply choose 'MuchBetter' from the list of available options.
  6. Enter the mobile number linked to your MuchBetter account and submit your request.

The funds should be credited to your MuchBetter account right away, as long as it's been fully validated. Otherwise, your withdrawal will remain in a pending status with MuchBetter until you complete the validation of your MuchBetter account.

I'm trying to use MuchBetter, but I can't. Why?

Here are some of the most common reasons for a failed MuchBetter transaction:

  • The information entered was incorrect. If so, double-check your information and try again.
  • Insufficient funds in your MuchBetter account. Try again, ensuring there are enough funds to cover the transaction.
  • Invalid mobile phone number. If this is the case, confirm the phone number you're using with MuchBetter matches the registered country in your user account.
  • The withdrawal amount is below the minimum. The minimum amount you can withdraw to MuchBetter is $1 USD or equivalent. Request a new withdrawal for the equivalent of $1 USD or more.
