Challenges: how to opt in

You'll often have to opt in to challenges to record your progress.

How do I opt in to a challenge?

To opt in, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open your 'Challenges' window.
  2. Select the challenge you want to take part in.
  3. Press 'Opt-in'.

That’s it! You’ve opted in.

Where can I find my 'Challenges' window?

To find your 'Challenges' window, select your device and follow these steps:

Desktop
  1. Log in to our software.
  2. Look for the 'Challenges' icon on the right-hand side of your screen.
  3. Press it to open a pop-up window with all your challenges.
Mobile
Open our mobile app and go to 'My Rewards' → 'Challenges'.

  2. Select your username. A pop-up menu will open.
  3. Click on 'Challenges' in the 'Promotions & Rewards' section.
