Account authentication for Portuguese players

Players have to verify their accounts in line with Portuguese regulation.

Why do I need to validate my account?

This process helps to protect players and create a safe gaming environment by making sure that:

  • Vulnerable players, such as minors, can't access our services.
  • Each player has an account.
  • We reduce the risk of fraud and duplicate accounts.
  • A real person with an active mobile phone and email address created the account.
  • We have a way to contact our players if we need to.
How do I validate my account?

The good news is that the process is easy to complete. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Complete the Real Money form

To fill in the form with your details go to the 'Cashier' and select “Withdraw”. You will then need to register the following information:

    • Full name
    • Date of birth
    • Gender
    • Telephone number
    • Address
    • District
    • Civil ID number
    • Portuguese tax number (NIF).
    • Citizenship and occupation

If you don't have a civil ID number, select “I don’t have a Civil ID Number” and select the type of ID document you will send.

Tips for successful validation on your first try:

    • All fields have a maximum of 85 characters, except for the street name with a maximum of 150 characters.
    • House numbers and zip or postal code are limited to max. 20 characters.
    • House numbers cannot be 0, 00, 000...
    • Before going to the next step, make sure the information is correct to avoid any issues.
    • The details on the Real Money form match the information in your identification documents.
Step 2: Wait for our electronic check

Our electronic checking service will verify all your registered details. Make sure the details match your ID document.

You'll be able to deposit, play real money games and withdraw funds only after the 2nd check is complete.

If the system can't verify your details, go to step 3.

Step 3: Verify your account with documents

If you receive an error message, it means that your identity verification failed. In this case:

    • The system will ask you to upload your documents.
    • You'll only be able to play once you complete the verification process.

      1. Select the type of identification document you want to upload.
      2. Choose whether you want to take a photo or upload the document from your device.

Make sure that:

      • Your ID is valid and hasn't expired.
      • All the details are clear and legible.
      • The four corners of the document are visible.
      • The lighting is good. To prevent any glare, don't use your device's flash.
      • You place the document on a plain background, like a white piece of paper.
      • We just need the front of the passport or driver’s license.
      • We can only verify a legible copy of the front and back of your national identification document.

Please send us a clear color copy or digital photo of:

      • Your government issue photo ID. This can be a passport, driver’s license or national ID card.
      • Your Portuguese tax number (NIF), in case these details are not shown in the ID document you will send.
