What is being offered

1. These Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) set out the terms and conditions on which eligible participants may earn prizes (“Prizes”) by accumulating rake on real money poker games (the “Promotion”).

When is the offer being conducted

2. The Promotion will run weekly from 00:00 WET on March 20, 2025 to 23:59 WET on April 16, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
3. The period of each week of the Promotion will begin at 00:00 WET on Thursday and end at 23:59 WET on the following Wednesday (each a “week”).

Who is eligible to take part and how can you participate

4. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must not be opted in to the PokerStars Select Diamond rewards program.
5. To participate in the Promotion, during the Promotion Period you must:

1. opt in to the Promotion via the ‘Challenges’ section of your PokerStars account on www.pokerstars.pt (the “Website”); and
2. within each week of the Promotion Period, complete 1 or more of a total of 6 streaks (each a “Streak”) by accumulating the amount of rake specified below for each Streak:
   1. Streak 1: €10
   2. Streak 2: €25
   3. Streak 3: €75
   4. Streak 4: €100
   5. Streak 5: €200
   6. Streak 6: €300

(together, the “Promotion Requirements”).

6. Rake accumulated on any real money cash poker game on the Website will count towards the Promotion Requirements.
7. The Rake targets stated for each Streak are individual, not the cumulative amount of rake during the week. It means that each rake target is the amount to reach during this step. For example, to complete Streak 3, participants will need to accumulate €75 for this level, which comes to €110 for the week (the €75 of this streak, plus €10 and €25 for Streak 1 and 2).

The Prizes

8. Upon completing the Promotion Requirements for 1 or more Streaks, you will receive a promotional chest (each a “Chest”) for each completed Streak. Chests will contain prizes corresponding to the completed Streaks as follows:
   1. Streak 1: Prize Draw Item
   2. Streak 2: Prize Draw Item
   3. Streak 3: €10 bonus
   4. Streak 4: €25 bonus
   5. Streak 5: €40 bonus
   6. Streak 6: €100 bonus
9. Chests will be available in your PokerStars account immediately on completion of the Promotion Requirements for the relevant Streaks.
10. A “Prize Draw Item” will consist of 1 of the following prizes allocated at random based on the probability percentages specified for each prize:

11. A “Power Path Pass” will consist of one of the following:
    1. Bronze Power Passes have a value of €100 and may be used for selected online poker tournaments on the Website.
12. 1. A Power Path Step 1 ticket is a ticket that can be used in any €0.50 Power Path Spin & Go tournament.
    2. A Power Path Step 4 ticket is a ticket that can be used in any Power Path €50 Multi-Table tournament.

Claiming and redeeming the Prizes

13. A Chest must be opened within 7 days of receipt, otherwise it will be automatically withdrawn along with the Prize contained within it.
14. To redeem a Power Path Pass, you must visit the ‘Power Path’ tab on the Website and select one of the bundles available for the relevant pass.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

15. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn from your PokerStars account until they are converted into cash. To convert a Bonus, you must wager it (or any portion of it) at least once and return winnings that exceed the initial wager amount. Any Bonus credited to your PokerStars account will be automatically wagered ahead of any available cash balance.
